The property is located roughly at 25 min panga ride if using a 40hp engine. This is one of the most famous bays in the area for those who know. This is due to its access during low tide, it offers top knotch sandy beach, world class surf, world class fishing and a top knotch nature scene. Its one of the few powder sand beaches in the entire coast. Most of the beaches along the coast are rock and reef with dark or clay sand.

There is a town of about 650 people at 1 hour walk, 30 min by horse or 20 min motorcycle. The majority of the inhabitants are native fisherman, humble and hardworking.
